Welcome! I am Maribel Munguia Dugas, an Integrative Medicine Therapist trained in EMDR (trauma treatment) and the Founder of Zen and Health
I support those seeking a more proactive and practical approach to improving their mental health. I do this through a comprehensive assessment to identify your goals and barriers and create a personalized plan for holistic transformation. This plan involves partnering with you, fostering accountability, and providing support to deliver REAL RELIEF.

My mission as a mental health therapist is to help you reach your full potential by teaching essential skills that enable you to regain control of your life, improve your relationships, and feel energized, content, and more confident in your body.
In addition to my holistic approach, I am trained in EMDR and other somatic and trauma-based therapies to help reduce physical symptoms.
