Eligibility and Requirements

Who Can Join?
We’re looking for licensed therapists committed to providing high-quality, ethical care. To join our network, you must:

  • Hold a valid license in good standing.

  • Agree to adhere to ethical standards and best practices in mental health care.

  • Align with Arielle’s Light’s mission of providing accessible and compassionate mental health services.

  • Flexibility:  You can be self-employed, part of a group practice, or work independently—our goal is to connect clients to the best care possible.

How it Works

Simple Process:
Once approved, your profile will be added to our website for clients to browse and contact you. Here’s how it works:

  • Fill out the application form.

  • We review your application to ensure alignment with our mission and standards.

  • Upon approval, you’ll be listed in our therapist network.

  • Clients will contact you directly to schedule a free consultation.

  • If it’s a good fit, you’ll work with Arielle’s Light to finalize pre-approved rates.

  • Start providing care while we handle the reimbursement process!

Is there a cost to join the network?
No, joining Arielle’s Light’s therapist network is completely free.

We provide financial assistance for youth mental health care, reduce stigma, and create safe spaces for healing.

How do I apply?
Complete our online application under “Join Our Network.” We’ll review it and contact you with next steps.

If approved, your profile will be featured on our website, making it easy for clients to connect with you.

Can I join if I already have a full caseload?
Yes! You can indicate how many clients you’re able to take on through the network.

3. Reimbursement and Rates

How does reimbursement work?
You’ll bill Arielle’s Light directly for approved sessions, and we’ll process payments promptly.

Can I set my own rates?
Yes, you can share your standard rates and indicate if you’re open to offering discounts or sliding scales.

​

How many sessions will Arielle’s Light cover?
We cover up to four sessions initially. Additional sessions require approval.

4. Client Referrals and Fit

How do clients find me?
Your profile will be listed on our website, where clients can reach out to schedule a free consultation.

What if I’m not a good fit for a client?
The consultation helps both parties decide if it’s a match. If not, the client can choose another therapist.
