I'm here to walk alongside you through life's twists and turns, whether you're battling anxiety, wrestling with depression, navigating the aftermath of trauma, or finding your way through the joys and challenges of motherhood.

But here's the thing: I'm not just here to listen. I'm here to understand—because I believe that our early experiences shape who we are, influencing the way we relate to ourselves, to others, and to the world around us. It's all about those deep-rooted connections, those threads that tie us together.

About Me

Hey there, I’m Alex—a licensed therapist, mom to two amazing girls, and someone who’s been on this path for over a decade. I specialize in supporting high-achieving women and young adults navigating anxiety, trauma, perfectionism, and big life transitions. I’m certified in Brainspotting, a powerful tool for treating trauma, anxiety, and more, and I bring both personal experience and clinical expertise to the work we’ll do together.

Raised in Thousand Oaks and now living in Ventura, I’m deeply connected to this community. I love supporting local individuals and families in Ventura and the Conejo Valley through in-person sessions in Ventura and Westlake Village, as well as virtual sessions across California and Colorado.

Before starting my private practice in 2019, I worked in community mental health, schools, and treatment programs, helping kids, teens, and families through life’s ups and downs. Now, my focus is on empowering young adult women to break free from patterns of anxiety and self-doubt and build meaningful, balanced lives.

As a survivor of postpartum anxiety and a recovering perfectionist, I truly get what it’s like to feel stuck or overwhelmed. I’m also proud to be an ally to the LGBTQIA+ community, neurodivergent affirming, antiracist, and passionate about social justice.

In sessions, I bring warmth, relatability, humor, and a direct approach—because healing is serious work, but it doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time. If you’re ready to take that step, I’m here for you. Let’s do this together.
